We believe that everybody has his/her father’s name and family’s name. It is very seldom that you have only one name like Mohamed… or….. just Ahmad….

EIT Supporting Letters

Some supporting letters are ready to be collected.

Please check the supporting letters requested, placed in the boxes, in front of the counter of the Office of the Deputy Dean (Academic Affairs).

URGENT- Please IGNORE deadline of 02Dec2013

Assalamu’alaikum

Dear brothers/sisters

Please ignore the deadline (2 December 2013) mentioned in the EIT schedule for submission of EIT Shortlisted Company Form for the supporting letters.

 (We are sorry for any inconvenience caused)

You may submit the EIT Shortlisted Company Form (hardcopy & online form) at any time (without the deadline) until you obtain your placement.

Anyway, you are only allowed to submit names of 5 companies at a time.

Please submit another batch (names) of 5 companies two(2) weeks later or after getting reply from all the companies of 1^st batch that your applications are rejected.

Please send all the supporting letters issued by EIT Unit to all the companies of your preference.

Do not keep the supporting letters and please ignore of any wastage.
