SHORTLISTED COMPANY FORM (Requesting for Supporting Letters)
We would like to request your cooperation to key-in ALL requested companies in
the ONLINE form
in order to expedite the preparation for your supporting letters.
1) For companies which are in the endorsed
list
- please key-in directly in the online
system. (no need hardcopy shortlisted form)
2) For NEW companies which are NOT in the endorsed list
- please fill-in the hard copy of EIT
Shortlisted Company Form → attach the company’s
profile → get your PC’s approval →upon decision by your PC, then key-in online → lastly forward the
hard copy form to EIT Unit.
