REMINDED of the DEADLINE for the submission of the following is 17-Sept-2013 and for those who wish to have his/her convocation this year the
DEADLINE is 10-Sept-2013 :
1) EIT Final Report (hard bound cover)
2) CD (contains softcopy of the EIT
Final Report)
3) EIT Logbook
4)ONLINE EIT Student Survey
5) Supervisor’s Evaluation Form (if not submitted during EIT visit)
6 6) Survey on Programme Outcome (PO)
Please submit
the above reports/documents to your visiting lecturer or to your assessor (for
those who had not being visited) – the list of assessors will be posted in this
blog by Monday, 9-Sept-2013.
Upon
submission, please request the VISITING LECTURER/ASSESSOR to sign the acceptance form (CLICK HERE)
You are advised
to keep this form for yourself as evidence of submission (do
not hand over this form to the lecturer or staff at the EIT Office).
