Assalamualaikum
wrwbt,
Dear all
EIT students batch 2016/17,
All PCs are currently
busy updating the EIT lecturer list.
Please check your
EIT lecturer list at this link. There are 2 modes of presentation (this has been decided by each PC from each department) as belows (only 1 mode of presentation is required for each student):
1) Presentation at the company (EIT visiting). Please note that those who are involved with the visit, kindly email the respective lecturers to arrange a suitable time and date for visiting. The EIT visit is from 7/8/17 until 1/9/17. Please let your supervisor knows of this visit too. It is important for your supervisor to be there during this visit, if your supervisor is not available, kindly ask him/her to assign any replacement.

2) Presentation at IIUM. For the students who are not involved with the visit, please do your presentation at IIUM upon returning from EIT. Please contact the lecturer for the presentation.
During the presentation, all
current EIT students are required to do 10-15 minutes presentation including
Q&A session. This presentation should consists of the following:
1) Introduce about the company you're working
2) Give more details on your department
3) Spend more time describing what you do
Regarding
presentation, one student is expected to present around 10 minutes.
As some of you might
do similar task, so you might divide the content to several people. Let's
say when the visiting lecturer come to a company which has 3 students, just
assign 1 student to present about company profile, and others should not repeat
telling again about the company profile.
All the best, and see
all of you soon.
