Please submit the following by 9th September 2016 to EIT unit:

1) EIT Final Report after Turnitin check (hardcover)

2) Softcopy of EIT Final Report through iTaleem. 

    Make sure you saved your document based on this format MATRICNO_NAME_PROG.pdf

    As example: 1230563_SITIHAJAR_CIE.pdf

3) EIT logbook

4) EIT student survey ONLINE (link to this will be provided later)

5) Submit the Supervisor's Evaluation Form in a SEALED ENVELOPE
